How to become a master in typing to crack ssc cgl.

After clearing SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam (Descriptive Paper), you need to appear for SSC CHSL Tier 3 phase that is Typing Test/Skill Test.

Candidates who applied for the post of Data Entry Operator (DEO) will have to undergo a Skill Testa and who have applied for the remaining posts will have appear for Typing Test.

Typing will be conducted in Hindi or English as per the choice of the candidates. Bu the candidates must have to mention the choice of Typing Test medium at the time of application process.

English Medium Typing Speed – 35 words/minute or 10500 key depressions per hour

Hind Medium Typing Speed – 30 words/minute or 9000 key depressions per hour

Time limit for the test – 10 minutes

If you want to prepare from the basics, you must do the following: -

1. You can go to learn typing.

2. Practice typing on your pc or laptop.

3. You need to practice 4-6 months to get mastery over it.

4. Try to maintain accuracy while typing.

5. You should chat your friends while typing on pc, but make sure you won’t use slangs.

6. While practicing make sure you are not looking at your keyboard, your eyes should be there on the monitor.

7. You must imagine the keyboard while looking at the screen.
