Teaching is the very good profession in India and has good growth chance. It is compulsory for the candidate to have a B.Ed. BTC, NTT etc degree, in order apply for the Teacher positions.

What is the difference between TGT, PGT & PRT teachers?

There is much difference in TGT, PGT and PRT teacher. PRT teacher can teach up to 5th level and TGT teacher can teach up to 10th level. PGT teacher can teach 11 & 12th Only. The main difference of all teacher is given in the Table.

In the past few years the trend of UPSC Prelims has been towards factual instead of conceptual questions and towards more and more current affairs than static portion. That trend still continues but unlike last year when there were a disproportionately large no of Current Affairs and factual questions, this year there was renewed focus on conceptual and applied questions.
