UPSC IAS Prelims Exam Analysis 2018! UPSC CSE is regarded as one of the topmost exams of the country. Every year, Lakhs of aspirants appear for IAS Exam. Coming to the core, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recently conducted the Morning shift of IAS 2018 Exam. The morning shift commenced at 9:30 AM & lasted for 2 hours i.e 11:30 AM.
